We are a privately-owned business and because we do not receive any Government funding nor earn commissions from lenders, we charge a fee for our Debt Management Service.
When you first contact us the advice we give is always free. We only charge a fee if the solutions we offer is appropriate and suitable for your circumstances and you wish to appoint us to handle your debt problems.
We will tell you what that fee is before you make any commitment to a debt management plan so that you can weigh up the options for yourself, compare us to other companies and then make an informed decision.
The most important aspect of our relationship is that we work for you, not the lenders. Our aim is to ensure that you have sufficient income to meet the daily needs of yourself and your family so that we can determine how much money you have to pay your debts.

The majority of debt management companies charge fees. The problem is they don't always tell you up front so you could be in for a big surprise when you find out that money paid to them has not been sent to your creditors.
Our Debt Management policy is simple. Our fees are the lowest fees charged by any debt management company which means that more of your debt is repaid every month. Fees are as follows:
Initial set up fee which is your first monthly payment
Monthly management fee 13% (e.g. if you paid £200.00 towards your debt management plan we will only retain £26 from your monthly contribution)
The initial set-up fee is to meet the cost of setting up your proposals with your creditors.
If you are suffering real financial hardship and, in our opinion, you cannot afford to pay our initial fee and we can help you with a debt management plan then we may consider waiving our first fee.
The monthly management fee is to cover our costs in liaising with your creditors and distributing regular monthly payments on your behalf.
There is no minimum term for a debt management plan and you can withdraw at any time without penalty.
